Originally intended as a timber investment, Splinter Creek’s beauty and charm was revealed after the first harvest, and the owners then decided to turn this special landscape into a unique residential development.
‘Stewards For Better’ was a mantra Studio Sanderson created to help solidify an identity and principals to live by for Splinter Creek.
Guided by this idea, we refreshed the brand’s identity, clarified and communicated the sales offering, developed a website which the client could easily modify themselves, and created branded items and marketing collateral for their model house launch Summer, 2017.
